Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until well browned. Remove the beef from the skillet.
Step 2
Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil in the skillet. Add the broccoli, onion and garlic powder and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 3
Stir the soup, water and soy sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the beef to the skillet (and if the browned beef released any juices, add those too) and cook until the beef is done. Serve the beef and broccoli over hot cooked rice, if desired.
Easy and Good
My husband LOVES this dish. Before I retired, we ate out more than in so I did not prepare it often. Since my stroke, I have limitations to what I can do. This recipe is perfect, easy and delicious. Thanks Campbell's.
Also Great With Chicken
This is similar to another Campbell's recipe (that I could never find) using bell peppers and chicken breast instead of broccoli and beef. This is one of my favorites!
Easy & Delish
Everyone in my family loves this I just add a bit more soy sauce otherwise very delish
Foolproof Beef & Broccoli
My mom used to make this when me and my sisters were growing up. It was always one of my favorite dishes she made. Make sure when you prepare this, you don't over cook the egg noodles. It can really ruin the dish. If you do, serve over rice or re-make the egg noodles.
I have made this for years, my son was little and loved it. He ask me for the recipe a few days ago .. and he is now 31, to me that says something.
