Want to know what we love most about these Super Quick Nachos?  That the spicy cheese sauce stays creamy and doesn't glue all the chips together like shredded cheese does.  It's also made with 2 ingredients you usually have on hand, condensed soup and milk.  The condensed spicy nacho cheese soup is the hero in this recipe, coating tortilla chips in warm spicy cheesiness.  We love them with fresh cilantro and tomato, but you can add any of your favorite nacho toppings.  We also have a supreme version with browned ground beef that's fantastic- check the tips to see how to make it!


  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Spicy Nacho Cheese Soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 package tortilla chips (10 to 12 ounces)
  • 1 small tomato, diced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


  • Tips

    • To warm the tortilla chips for the nachos, arrange on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake at 350°F. for 5 minutes or until warm.
    • For Nachos Supreme, cook 1/2 pound ground beef in a 10-inch skillet and pour off any fat.  Stir in the soup and milk and cook until hot.  Spoon over the tortilla chips and top with tomato and cilantro.

    Heat the soup and milk in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until hot, stirring often.

  • Step 2

    Arrange the chips on a serving platter.  Spoon the soup mixture over the chips.  Top with the tomato and cilantro.
