Ingredients

  • 1 cup crumbled cooked chorizo sausage
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 can (about 15 ounces) refried beans, warmed
  • 4 tostada shell (6-inch), warmed
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken, warmed
  • 1 cup pico de gallo or salsa
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Heat cooked chorizo and cheese soup in a saucepan until hot.

  • Step 2

    Spread beans on tostadas.

  • Step 3

    Top with shredded chicken and pico de gallo.

  • Step 4

    Spoon soup mixture over chicken. 

  • Step 5

    Top with sliced avocado and chopped fresh cilantro, if desired, and serve.
