The combination of condensed cheddar cheese soup and picante sauce becomes a super-simple queso that coats every bite of the cooked beef with creamy, cheesy, spicy flavor. Fold into warm tortillas and top with your favorite taco toppings (or scoop out of the skillet with tortilla chips- we won't judge!). Season the beef with salt and pepper. Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Stir in the soup and picante sauce and cook until hot. Season to taste.
Spoon about 1/3 cup beef mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with the lettuce. Fold the tortillas around the filling.
