  • 1 pound uncooked shrimp (16/20 count per pound), peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons diced cooked andouille sausage or tasso
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups hot cooked white rice

    • You can substitute another protein for the shrimp for a more affordable option.
  • Step 1

    Heat a heavy bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Add shrimp, andouille and Cajun seasoning and cook until all shrimp are pink and firm.

  • Step 2

    Add garlic and cook another minute.

  • Step 3

    Stir in the tomato soup and cook until hot.  Stir in the lemon juice, chives and parsley before serving. Spoon over rice.
