  • 1 can (12.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed White Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Colby Jack cheese (about 4 ounces)
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (amount divided in recipe steps below)
  • 3 large jalapeño pepper, chopped (about 1 cup) (remove seeds before chopping for less heat)
  • 2 green onion (scallion), sliced (about 1/4 cup)

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Heat the oven to 350°F.  Stir the chicken, soup, cheese, about 3 tablespoons bacon and the jalapeño peppers in a bowl.  Spoon the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.  Sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon of bacon over the chicken mixture.

    Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Top with scallions. Serve with your favorite dippers.
