  • 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Thai Curry Sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups hot cooked white rice

  • Tips

    • Delicious with chopped veggies or try with shrimp or tofu.  Add chopped cilantro and lime wedges for a finishing touch.
  • Step 1

    Season chicken with salt and pepper. COOK the chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring often. 

  • Step 2

    ADD sauce and water and heat to a boil.  Simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with cooked rice.
