  • 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Creamy Lemon Garlic Sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups hot cooked wild rice

  • Tips

    • Cube the chicken for faster cooking.  Also delicious with chopped veggies or try with shrimp or fish or serve with orzo pasta instead of rice. Add chopped parsley and lemon slices for a finishing touch.
  • Step 1

    Season chicken with salt and pepper. COOK the chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned on both sides.

  • Step 2

    ADD sauce and water and heat to a boil.  Simmer 5-8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.  Serve with hot cooked rice.
