This recipe is so incredibly easy and versatile you are going to have to force yourself not to make it every night. But you could if you wanted to, since there are so many ways to serve this Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles. It has noodles in the name, but you can swap the noodles for mashed potatoes. Or rice. Or (your favorite starch here). Or shred the beef and serve on rolls. So many options! The condensed cream of mushroom and French onion soups combine into an incredibly rich sauce that flavors the beef as it cooks until fork-tender (and makes your kitchen smell amazing). 2 cans of soup and the beef and 5 minutes of prep are all you need to make Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles.

Season the beef with salt and pepper. Place the beef into a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Stir the soups in a small bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the beef.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or until the beef is fork-tender. Cook and drain the noodles according to the package directions during the last 20 minutes of the beef cooking time.
Season the beef mixture to taste. Serve over the noodles.
I was given this recipe, with the addition of 1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup, by a friend named Melissa 20 years ago when I had a young family and worked a full time job. Her version used the soups mentioned here along with a can of golden mushroom and 2 lbs of stew meat. She also noted that searing the beef in a super hot pan with a small amount of oil before adding it to the slow cooker gave this dish an amazing rich deep flavor, but was not necessary if in a hurry. I also add the cooked egg noodles to the crockpot for the last 10 minutes of cooking time and let the noodles soak up some of the flavor from the sauce. amazingly simply and everyone's favorite still to this day.

Very Easy. Dont use egg noodles.
I drive an 18wheeler. Nothing better than just throwing everything in the oven bag, so there is no mess, and turning on the heat in the morning. Dinner is ready 8hrs later. Really good and dirt simple. Will probably use bowties and someother type of regular noodles but yes its definately on the rotation. I used 1can of Cream of Mushroom and 1can of Beef and Mushroom instead of FrenchOnion. Still Awesome....
This recipe was so easy to make. It turned out delicious. The family loved it and it was great heated up the next day!! I will be making this again soon!!
