  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound uncooked shrimp (21 to 25 count per pound), peeled and deveined
  • 1 pouch (11 ounces) Campbell's® Shrimp Scampi Skillet Sauce

Instructions

  • Tips

    • Serving Suggestion: Great served over pasta!
    • Easy Substitution:  Substitute skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces, for the shrimp.  Add the chicken to the skillet as directed in Step 2 and cook until browned.  Stir in the sauce and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

    Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Step 2

    Add the shrimp and cook until slightly pink, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 3

    Stir in the sauce and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cook and stir until the shrimp are cooked through.
