Amazing!!!!
Made for the first time and absolutely loved it. The casserole isn't dried out it is creamy and has the perfect blend of seasonings and flavors which made it even more enjoyable especially since it's so easy to make and doesn't take very long to make at all!!!! <3<3<3
Delicious
It is an easy and delicious recipe. I was surprised how tasty. It will be a regular at my house!
Good Flavor
It had a great flavor, but I can't imagine it as a a casserole. It was pretty liquidy. My husband and I put it between two tortilla shells and made it into quesdillas.
Crowd pleaser
My whole family enjoys this..I add an extra can of beans and corn (sliced from cob preferred but frozen ok) in the mixture and go heavy on the sour cream. I've also subbed plain Greek yogurt but sour cream is tastier. Also add sliced black olives to the top. Cilantro, fresh tomatoes and green onions are not optional..they totally makes this dish! Also good for parties!
better than most
of course i doctored up this recipe and made my own roast chicken, and added fresh hot green peppers and then it was ok. also instead of canned beans, soaked and boiled fava beans and they were great. anyway avoid cans and look for fresh and then these recipes are salvageable if you happen to be stuck with as many cans of condensed cream of chicken soup as i am.
