  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 tablespoon tahini paste
  • 2 tablespoons plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted


  • Tips

    • To toast sesame seeds. In a dry skillet over medium heat, heat raw sesame seeds until lightly brown and fragrant, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Step 1

    Heat the soup, water and tahini in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until well combined.

  • Step 2

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.  Serve topped with the yogurt and sesame seeds.
