Pork chops can be easy to overcook- but this Super Moist Pork Chops recipe is foolproof.  The pork simmers in a sauce made with condensed golden mushroom soup, keeping it from drying out and adding tons of flavor.  We love this made with golden mushroom soup, but you can use any flavor of condensed cream soup, too.  It's only 4-ingredients and 2 steps, so once you're comfortable with the method, you'll be able to make this Super Moist Pork Chops recipe easily whenever you need a quick and family-friendly main dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chop, 1/2-inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Step 1

Season the pork with salt and pepper.  Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the pork and cook for 6 minutes or until browned on both sides (to prevent sticking- make sure the skillet and oil are hot before adding the pork).

  • Step 2

Stir the soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is done.  Serve the gravy with the pork.
