  • Oil 1 tbsp.
  • Boneless, skinless chicken thighs 1 1/4 pound
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Cooked mashed potatoes 2 cups
Instructions
Cook
chicken thighs in oil over medium-high heat until browned on both sides.
Add
sauce and water to boil, and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with hot mashed potatoes.
Delicious with sliced peppers and onions. Add chopped parsley for a finishing touch.
