So easy and so tender. The pork just fell off the bone.

Simple and tasty
This really is probably 4 stars taste-wise, but the fact that is just so very easy earns it another star. I, like many reviewers use boneless chops just because they're easier, and next time I may add some additions, maybe some mushrooms (probably have to sautee them first) and some celery.
I love this recipe and I make it on a regular basis every month so delicious!
Can you use bone out and more then 6 chops ?
